About the Role
Report to Plant Manager and complete tasks manager requests. Work with other employees to get beans processed and on their way to their customer. Generally, working in the bagging room- running automatic bagger and robotic palletizer while packaging is taken place. Unloading bulk trucks and using forklift to load boxcars and dry vans. Maintain a clean and organized plant and work area. Complete continuous food safety training and be able to complete reporting records.

Average 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM shift with more hours required during seed and harvest season.
Responsibilities
- Dumping Trucks (into conveyors)
- Operating Forklift
- Operating Payloader
- Bagging & Stacking Beans on Pallets * Must be able to lift 50 lb. bags.
- Sweeping & Cleaning
- Probing trucks
- Loading Railcars
- Other duties as required and as instructed
